I am really excited to tell you all about this wonderful book I had the opportunity to read; The Total Dog Manual by the Editors of Adopt-a-Pet.com; David Meyer, Dr. Pia Salk and Abbie Moore. This book is 256 pages made for animal loves of all ages and is just newly released on October 27th, 2015! Not long into the book I found myself sitting there thinking, wow I really can relate to this book. I was so excited that feelings and things I am passionate about were in this book like positive reinforcement, care and adoption.
Just like its name states, this really is the total dog manual! One very important key; the book kept me interested the entire time, from all of the colorful pages with photos to the broken up sections that were easy to read and not overpowering or overwhelming. It covers all of the main topics you come across when adopting or owning a pet; basics, behavior, training and care. This book is reasonably priced and is available through Chapters Indigo, Amazon.ca and Indie Bookstores across Canada (will post links below). This book isn’t just for new pet owners, there’s always something new an experienced pet owner can learn!
Take my word, this book deserves to be read, you will not be disappointed!
